Flow Coefficient Cv

In addition to the standard production program BHDT offers valve testing for customers. With our valve testing equipment verification of precalculated flow characteristic of individual valves can be performed. Angle valves and Globe valves with Nominal Sizes from 1/4” (6 mm) to 8” (160 mm) can be connected to the valve test station.

• Non return , Control and On/ Off valves
• manuell, pneumatic, hydraulic and electric operated valves
• Nominal Pressure from 0,6 MPa to 250 MPa
• Nominal Size from from 6 mm to 300 mm

• Media pressure drop factor Fl
• Leak test
• Pressure upstream of the valve
• Pressure downstream of the valve

• Temperature
• Stroke position

If required the performance and results can be witnessed and confirmed by an authorized inspection agency.
